3% TRANSACTION FEES ON CANCELLED ORDERS:
This is due to our payment processor, Stripe.com, whom on March 1, 2020, enacted a no refund policy on transaction fees. All cancelled orders will be charged a 3% transaction fee.

SHIPPING POLICY:
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Allow 24-48 hours after your order is placed to process for shipping. Orders are pulled on a first come first serve basis, no priority shipping unless customer request overnight or expedited shipping.

RETURN POLICY:
If you wish to return your order, we will need to be notified of the request within 14 days from the order date and will incur a restocking fee of 35%. To avoid a restocking fee please ensure your order is correct prior to payment and reviewed the order in its entirety.
If the customer is dissatisfied with their order, wheel(s) must be returned under three conditions:
1. Wheel(s) must be in NEW condition
2. Tires must have not been mounted onto wheel(s) for test fitting
3. Original Packaging must be included when returning the wheel(s)
Failure to comply with the terms listed above can result in refusal of return request.
Customer/Vendor is responsible to cover ALL shipping expenses to our facility for a return/refund request as we will not be covering shipping expense or issuing return labels back to our facility.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Wheels must be in original packaging when requesting an exchange. Please email us in advance prior to making arrangements to ship your wheel(s) back to us for an exchange also to assure the wheel(s) you want to exchange for are in stock and ready to ship.
We will not issue an "On-file credit". So please be sure to email us prior to any arrangements to discuss the exchange in its entirety.
Customer/Vendor is responsible to cover all shipping expenses to our location as well as shipping expenses for the exchanged set as we will not be responsible for these expenses.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTANENCE POLICY:
We all like to gloss and shine our wheels for that nice sunny day drive. Please be sure to refrain from using chemicals on our chrome or platinum wheel(s) coded BVC, VC, and VC-GR, as these wheel(s) are vacuum chrome. Please only use Isopropyl Alcohol and water to clean BVC, VC, and VC-GR models.We will not accept exchanges or returns for our wheels coded BVC, VC, and VC-GR after our 14 day satisfaction policy.
SHIPPING DAMAGES / CLAIMS POLICY:
It's just one of those days, you have been waiting for a few days and you finally receive your order and to your dismay, you see a bend, a deep scuff, or deep gouge. Not to worry shipping damages may be covered 100% through the shipping companies. We will reach out to the shipping company and begin a claim as we are not liable for damages that occur during shipping transit but we will assist with beginning a claim with the shipping company. Please be advised there is no guarantee on claim settle time frame as each claim is unique and require time to resolve the claim but we will assist to get the matter resolved in a timely manner.JNC WHEELS MANUFACTURE WARRANTY POLICY:
All JNC wheel(s) are covered by our 14 day satisfaction warranty. All wheel(s) must be inspected by our receiving personnel. Please allow 5 business days after the wheel(s) have been received so a refund or replacement can be issued.Please be advised our warranty does not cover but not limited to:
- 1. Wheel(s) damaged caused by usage of incorrect tire size (stretched tire), accident or negligence.
- 2. Wheels damaged through shipping transit. Please refer to our shipping damage claim policy
- 3. Wheels that have been damaged due to off road, drifting, or pothole incidents.
- 4. Chrome peeling or chipping of any kind.
RECEIVED THE WRONG MERCHANDISE POLICY:
If we shipped the wrong order, we will pay 100% of the expenses to correct your order. Please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery to report your discrepancy.ORDER THE WRONG WHEEL(S) AFTER DELIVERY POLICY:
If you order the wrong wheel(s) and need to return the wheel(s) back to our facility. The customer/vendor is responsible for all return shipping expenses as we will not issue return labels.CANCELLING POLICY:
If you would like to cancel an order(s) that has already been placed after payment. We will only accept two way authentications for cancelling an order(s).1. Email us your JNC Wheels invoice number you would like to cancel, please do not use PO's or any other type of invoicing other than your JNC Wheels invoice number in order to expedite the cancelling process.
2. Immediately call us after you have sent a cancellation request via email to ensure the order does not get shipped out and the cancellation is initiated.
In the event that the two step authentication is not followed and the wheel(s) are shipped. We will not be responsible for issuing return labels (RMA) or covering shipping expenses back to our facility. All wheel(s) that have shipped and are returned for cancellation will inquire a 35% restocking fee.
In addition, all cancelled orders will incur an additional 3% transaction fee, because our payment processor, Stripe.com, enacted a no-refund on transaction fees since March 1, 2020.

Please allow 2-3 business days after cancelling an invoice number if the wheels have not shipped for a refund to be issued. If the wheels are shipped, please allow 5 business days after the wheel(s) have been returned to our facility for a refund to be issued.
